The value of the prime commodities

We give particular care to the quality while preparing all our menus.
We only use products cultivated within our territory and strictly D.O.P. selected with attention, therefore we ppersonally cultivate all our vegetables in our garden without using any chemicals or addictive.
We pick them up on a daily basis and we serve them fresh in respect of the seasonal selections. Every day we hand made our pastas and we cook them, simply and expressly with fantasy and innovation.
Bread selections, risen naturally as per the tradition, are offered hot to perfectly match each dish. Among our selections we propose small panini favoured with rosemary, nuts and olives rediscovering the old tradition. The particular care that we dedicate to the desserts was born from a true passion over the preparation of mousse, raised cakes, puff pastries, home-made marmalade used for filling tarts and pies and typical cookies stuffed with dry fruits.
The wine, in white and red, is produced by us and is the result of a long family experience matured long the rows and by giving the same care long all the phases from the growing to the bottling.
